SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you after your purchase. Production typically takes 2-7 business days depending on the product and current order volume.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (EU): 5-10 business days after production
Express Shipping (EU): 2-5 business days after production

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the EU.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.

International Orders
We ship to EU countries, USA, and Canada.

For EU orders: No customs duties or import taxes.
For USA and Canada orders: Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control (such as weather, holidays, or pandemics). Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at oliodesigns0@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
