RETURN POLICY
All our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you through our print partner.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS:
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at oliodesigns0@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
To return an item under the 14-day withdrawal right:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Once we receive the returned item, we will refund you within 14 days
Please note: Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned under the withdrawal right.
USA AND CANADA CUSTOMERS:
All sales are final unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error.
ALL CUSTOMERS - DEFECTS AND ERRORS:
If your item has a manufacturing defect, printing error, or was damaged during shipping, we will accept a return or provide a replacement at no cost to you.
To be eligible for a return due to defect or error:
- Contact us at oliodesigns0@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos of the issue and your order number
- Describe the problem in detail
We will review your request within 2-3 business days and let you know if the return or replacement is approved.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at oliodesigns0@gmail.com within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For EU customers: Returns under the 14-day withdrawal right are only accepted for unused items in original packaging.
For USA and Canada customers: We do not accept returns on made-to-order items unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If your return is approved due to a defect or error, we will send you a replacement item at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've reviewed your return request and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If we made an error or the item is defective, we will also cover return shipping costs.
